Iwasaki Half-Round Draw File {Blue Handle}

The new kid on the block.  I am happy to present Iwasaki's newest file.  Its a "Draw File" used in a similar fashion as a drawknife.  It has the smoothest finish of all the files.  In fact is cleans up very much like a card scraper but has the ability to remove more material.

Perfect for:  Finishing work, cleaning up rasp marks, similar finish to a card scraper, final fit adjustments while leaving minimal tooling marks.

*Use notes:  For best results you'll use a slight left to right motion while pulling.  Slight amount leaves you a super clean finish.  More left to right removes more material, so play with it to figure out what works for you.
